Terms of Service

Last updated May 31, 2026. Please read these terms before using OneCall.

Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and OneCall. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use OneCall.

What OneCall does

OneCall turns your spoken or written updates into platform-native social copy, images, and optional subscriber emails. We publish to connected social channels via Buffer and send email through our configured providers. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information you provide.

You own all generated content

You retain ownership of your transcripts, brand inputs, and generated captions, images, and emails. You grant OneCall a limited license to process, store, and transmit that content solely to operate the service for your account.

Acceptable use

You may not use OneCall for spam, unlawful content, harassment, or impersonation. You may not attempt to access another customer's data. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, without refund, to protect the platform and other users.

Subscription

  • Plans include Free trial (14 days), Starter, Growth, Pro, and promotional Founding pricing as shown on our Pricing page.
  • Usage limits (posts, AI images, voice, and features) depend on your active plan.
  • Paid plans are billed through Stripe when available. Cancel anytime from billing settings. No partial refunds for unused time in a billing period.
  • We will provide at least thirty (30) days notice before any price increase to active subscribers.

SMS terms

SMS replies are sent only when you initiate contact with your OneCall number. Text STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Platform liability

OneCall is not liable for changes, outages, or policy enforcement by third-party platforms (including social networks, Buffer, email, or telephony providers). Delivery of posts and messages is not guaranteed.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OneCall's total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid to OneCall in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco, California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
