Privacy Policy
Effective May 31, 2026. This policy describes how OneCall handles information for our marketing automation service.
Introduction
OneCall ("we," "us," or "our") provides software that turns phone or text updates into social posts and subscriber emails. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using OneCall, you agree to this policy.
What we collect
We collect only what is needed to run the product:
- Account data via Clerk (name, email, authentication identifiers).
- Business data you provide in onboarding and Settings (business name, type, tone, hashtags, Instagram handle, phone number, notification preferences).
- Content and transcripts you submit by call, text, or dashboard to generate and publish posts.
- Subscriber emails stored per business account. Lists are isolated to your account only.
- Payment data processed by Stripe only. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
How we use it
We use your information solely to generate and publish content on your behalf, send subscriber emails you request, operate billing, and improve reliability of the service. We never train AI models on your data and we never sell your data to third parties for advertising or data brokerage.
Data isolation
- Each business account is completely isolated in our database.
- Subscriber lists are never shared or merged between accounts.
- Marketing emails are sent individually to each subscriber, not as cross-account campaigns.
Third parties
SMS Privacy
By providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent box during onboarding, you agree to receive SMS updates and notifications from OneCall related to your account and posts. Message and data rates may apply. Text STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance.
All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Your rights
- Access and edit your business profile in Settings.
- Delete your account and associated data in Settings → Danger zone.
- Export post history from Dashboard → Post History → Export CSV.
Retention
Post content, transcripts, and related logs are retained for twelve (12) months, then automatically deleted unless a longer period is required by law or you delete your account sooner.
